Add tags to instances so that we can keep track of financial usage per each tag.
Used for managerial purposes. We can know which team is using how much resources and how much bill is getting generated.
This tags feature is really helpful for calculating the costs caused by different teams (like development team, testing team) and track which team is over utilizing than the budgeted amount.
AWS can automatically send billing reports with tags into S3 bucket.
